Join the members of Yamatai, Cornell's one and only taiko drumming group, with a fun intro to taiko workshop! This will cover the fundamentals of taiko drumming and introduce you to a short song. Taiko is a very physical activity, so we highly recommend wearing comfortable clothing and bringing water! Limited to 20 people; suggested age teens and older.
We are offering a special offer for those of you who would like to attend the workshop and purchase tickets to Pulse! If you would like to attend the workshop, the ticket will cost $5. However, if you have already purchased a ticket, bring the ticket or your receipt of the purchase to the workshop and we'll refund you $3! If you'd like to purchase a ticket at the workshop from one of our members, it will only cost $7 instead of $10!
